Ingredients for Caesar salad recipe:
- 100g shaved Parmesan cheese
- 4 Roman salad greens (medium size).
- 1 egg.
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice.
- 2 slices of sandwich bread.
- 1 tablespoon vinegar.
- 150ml olive oil.
- 1 garlic bulb: leave alone 2 garlic cloves and chop the remaining.
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
