The best food to eat for breakfast to lose weightThe first step it to lightly stir-fry kale and carrots until soften for 5 minutes. Add chicken roll, make them all up and remove the mixed ingredients from the heat. In the mean time, pre-heat the oven at 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. Next step, you will whisk 6 whole eggs. Get the muffin tray, and transfer the mixed ingredients into the muffin tray, then cover the egg mixture into the muffin tray and just top it up with the grated cheese. All you need to do now is put the muffin tray into the oven in 10 minutes and you have the egg muffins. What I tend to do is pack them up individually into aluminum foil and place them in the fridge. Every morning, you just take them out, remove them from the foil and warm them up in the microwave and you have the breakfast ready. It is as simple as that. So try it out.

If you like pastry, bread, scones muffins for breakfast then this is for you. What I have are banana muffins, you don’t have to eat banana, and you can choose another of your favorite fruits. The great thing about this recipe is there is no flour, no sugar. This is the best food to eat for breakfast to lose weight because it is basically packed with healthy ingredients to kick-start your day.

The ingredients you need are:

  1. 2/3 cup or 60g of Oats (222Cals)
  2. 2 medium very ripped Bananas, mashed (178Cals)
  3. ½ cup or 243g of Applesauce (328Cals)
  4. 2 eggs (156Cals)
  5. ½ cup or 125g of Greek Yoghurt (100Cals)
  6. 1tsp of Vanilla Extract (12Cals)
  7. 1tsp of Baking Powder
  8. ¼ tsp of Baking Soda
  9. 45g of coarsely chopped Nuts (259Cals)
  • 105Cals per muffin

So the first step is to mix dry ingredients together, oat, baking powder, baking soda, and nuts into a bowl. And just mix them all up. The second step is to add your wet ingredients. Mash your banana with a folk, mix it up with Greek yoghurt, break two eggs and continue to mix it, add your applesauce and finally add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and make sure they all mixed. Then combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix them all up evenly. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 200 Celsius or 400 Fahrenheit. Spray the bottom of muffin cup with a little bit of cooking spray to avoid banana muffin from sticking. Finally transfer the mixture into the muffin cups, allow it to cook in the oven for 15 minutes. When they are cooked, remove and let them cool out for 10 minutes. And you have banana muffins ready for your entire week. You can place half of these into a freeze and another half you can store them into a container and place them in the fridge. These banana muffins are really soft and moist; each of them only has 105Cals. So you can have to choose two muffins for breakfast or mix them up 1 banana muffin and 1 egg muffin. If you are really in a rush, you only pack them and bring out with you and have it on your way to school.

I tend to cook oat in the morning and have them for my breakfast but if you don’t have the time, try this out. This is overnight dreamy oats. There is no cooking required. It contains oat, yoghurt and fruit. You can store in the fridge and it is ready to be eaten in the next day. It is refreshing and will definitely fill you up.

The ingredients you need are:

  1. ½ cup or 125g of Greek Yoghurt (100Cals)
  2. 1/3 cup or 30g of uncooked Oats (111Cals)
  3. 2tsp or 30ml of Milk (13Cals)

Any Milk of your choice or even just water

  1. 1 cup or 150g of Frozen Berries (43Cals)

Any other soft fruits-fresh, canned or frozen

  1. 1/2tsp of mixed seeds/Nuts (33Cals)
  • Total: 300Cals per serving

So what I want to do is mix the Greek yoghurt, oats, milk, and mixed seeds into a bowl. And now it is time to assemble your overnight dreamy oats. You can choose to place it in a jar which will last up to 5 days in the fridge. Or you can place it into a cup and have it the next day. The first layer is the yoghurt mixture, add the blueberries, place another layer of yoghurt mixture and finally add the frozen berries and just place it into the fridge. When you leave in the fridge overnight, what happen is that the frozen yoghurt will thaw and the sweetness of berries will slip into the yoghurt and into the oat as well. So what you have is a really creamy texture with lots of natural sweetness coming from the berries. If you have a really busy day ahead and you don’t have time for snack, pack your breakfast with these ingredients which will satisfy you until lunch time.

And finally the breakfast that is high in sugar which will boost your energy and lift your mood up. This is chewy energy bar are only made with 3 ingredients :

  1. 1 cup of 140g of Cashew Nuts (812Cals)

All you need to do is these 3 ingredients into the food processor and grind them. If you have a really powerful processor, you have a really fine mixture. The next step is to place the sticky mixture onto thin layer of plastic and press it down into a large block. Then slice it up into 10 smaller blocks. Stack them up and separate them with thin layer of plastics. This energy bars are really soft and chewy, full of natural sugar. So if you feel down or low in energy, you will need a quick sugar bar, choose this snack bar instead of any other junks. Each bar has only 183cals.
